Today on Good Food, Laura Avery talks to Matt Biancaniello of the Library Bar at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood about several Farmers Market driven cocktails to serve at your Easter Brunch this weekend. It’s as simple as this…

Muddle 3-4 kaffir limes leaves, with 3/4 oz of fresh bears lime juice, 3/4 oz agave syrup and 1/2 oz of green chartreuse.

Then add 2 oz of unsweetened almond milk and 2 oz of Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon.

Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with kaffir lime leaves on the side.
