There’s something about a cream pie that seems perfect for summer. It’s light and cool with enough sweetness to satisfy any craving for sugar. The coconut peanut butter was a lucky score this time. We received a jar in the mail, and the combination of coconuts and peanuts in one bite seemed like a sign from the pie skies to use it in a dessert.
