About six years ago, the husband and wife team began tinkering with the unique citrus essence for their own consumption, distilling the flavor into a high proof spirit. Soon, friends began bringing over their etrogim and requesting that their fruits also be made into liqueur. This year, the Witkins launched Sukkah Hill Spirits and brought their product to market.
Their spirits are currently on the shelf in Pico Robertson at The Cask, Glatt Mart and Vendome, in the valley at Cambridge Farms Market in Valley Village and in all Smart & Final stores. They can be special ordered from any California Liquor store through their distributor Southern Wine and Spirits and are also available for shipment to most of the US directly through their website.
