One of our favorite vendors at the farmers market are Jimmy and Logan Williams of Hayground Organics. When Laura interviewed Jimmy for the market report (airing this weekend), he showed us an early copy of his book, and it’s beautiful. There are instructions on how to build raised beds, fertilize and more. The back of the book contains family recipes dating back to slavery. The book comes out in December, so in the meantime, check out this video preview:
