I had so much fun cooking and drinking with the Aussies yesterday at the Paley Center. Curtis Stone and I made lamb. Peter Evans and I made a fattoush with fish. Gus McShane (of Copa D’Oro in Santa Monica) mixed up a passion fruit cocktail with Australian ginger beer. And James Gosper (of Wine Australia) kept our glasses full with some amazing Australian wines. Cooking under the tent in Beverly Hills was incredible. These down-to-earth guys were a blast!
