Ingredient Focus: Stone Fruit!

What is Stone Fruit? Don’t be embarrassed if you didn’t know that stone fruit is category of summer fruit that encompasses plums, peaches, apricots, cherries, nectarines and more. They’re called stone fruit because of the oftentimes large and heavy seeds found inside.
