Good Beijing duck is hard to find, especially in LA. That’s one of the reasons why we love Jonathan Gold on Good Food. This week on the show, he takes us to Beijing Duck House in – where else? – San Gabriel. They serve duck served in the traditional Beijing-style: super crisp skin.
