Some of our listeners were wondering why the LA Times moved their food section to Thursdays. Most other papers publish theirs on Wednesdays. So, I asked Russ Parsons why they made the move. It turns out that it came down to a change in the printing plant schedule. But it’s very good for the food section as it will increase their circulation (the LA Times has a Thursday-Sunday delivery package). Russ is with me this Saturday to talk Ragu!
