On Saturday May 15, the legendary Fergus Henderson – chef and owner of St. John restaurant in London and author of Nose to Tail Eating – joins Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger for a once in a blue moon cooking class at Ciudad in Downtown LA. The class offers cooking demos, a multi-course lunch, cocktails and a recipe booklet.
