Our Daily Bread – A Stop Motion Adventure in Bread Baking

In addition to working with the Good Food crew, I am also a bread baker at Huckleberry in Santa Monica. Recently, photographer Angie Johnson approached us with an art project – a stop motion documentation of our morning bread routine at Huckleberry. We of course said “Sure!….That is if you’re willing to get there at 4am…” Angie braved our morning hours and set up her camera. Below are the results.
