Pie Drinks and Hare Pie at Ray’s and Stark Bar

So of course you’ve had Saturday, September 7 circled on your calendar for months. (It’s the day of our 5th Annual Good Food Pie Contest at LACMA, silly!) (And it’s coming up really soon!)

If you don’t get enough pie at the contest, there will be more pie to eat – and drink – that day at Ray’s and Stark Bar at the museum.

Stark Bar will be serving Windowsill, the pie beer Evan developed with The Bruery in Placentia. We’re so excited to see it in a bottle.

Ray’s will serve Hare Pie: slow-braised rabbit, baby carrots, flaky crust. (Ray’s Executive Chef Kris Morningstar will be one of our judges at the contest.)

And Stark Bar will have another pie drink – an Easy Peasy Peachy Pie cocktail, made with muddled peach, Larceny bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and raspberries, topped with spiced foam and a graham cracker crumble garnish.
