Last year, UCLA saw the likes of Rene Redzepi, David Chang and Nathan Myhrvold roaming the campus as they all took the podium for the Science & Food lecture series curated by Professor Amy Rowat. This year’s participants are equally as impressive. The lineup includes Chef Alex Atala, Chef Alice Waters, and culminates with a lecture close to the hearts of those of us at Good Food, The Science of Pie, with Momofuku’s Christina Tosi and Los Angeles’ very own Zoe Nathan. Tickets to the public lectures sold out last year so get’em while they’re hot!
