Vodka Tasting at Nic’s VodBox

Tagging along with Eddie Lin for a segment is always a trip.  One day he’s blowing a vuvuzela, the next he’s wearing a fur coat and drinking vodka.  We went to Nic’s in Beverly Hills last week and sampled some of the best vodkas in the world in the VodBox, a 28-degree room designed for sipping vodka.  Hear Eddie’s full piece this week on Good Food.  He explains why 28 degrees is the optimal temperature and he samples a vodka made from bison grass.
