Chefs Zak Walter and Chris Phelps of Salt’s Cure recently opened Storefront, a delicatessen in East Hollywood where everything from the cured meats to the hamburger buns are made in house. Jonathan recommends the sablefish on a housemade bagel, the blt, corned beef sandwich, coleslaw, potato salad, braised endive salad and the cheeseburger.
