In contrast to the previous week’s gazillions of new releases, last week was relatively quiet. Likely to account for it was the industry-wide pilgrimage to the return of Coachella.
The slight reprieve has made room for 2022 favorites like Spoon and Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul to make their way back to the list. It also allowed the sultry smooth vibes of self-professed nomad Sunni Colón’s latest album “Jújú & The Flowerbug” to reach the upper echelon of the chart, which it’s been striving toward since its late March release.
