The 3rd annual People’s Kite Festival is returning to the skies (and ground) at downtown LA’s State Historic Park this Saturday. The free event includes master kite flyers who will hold demonstrations, art workshops, and local community organizations — all held at the park’s giant meadow near Chinatown. The event is free and open to the public.
