Edan Lepucki was born and raised in California and her novels reflect that. Her latest, “Time’s Mouth,” is set across the state from Santa Cruz to LA, and across time from the 1950s to 2000. Lepucki follows three generations of Californians, including two who possess the gift of time travel, as they deal with generational trauma, a female-led cult, identity, and more.
