Cuba, Ferguson & Competition for Hillary?

Secretary of State John Kerry is in Cuba to raise the American flag over the US embassy there. Was it the right move? Bob Scheer remembers his trip there to interview Castro. Can a future president undo the new relationship if they chose? "We have an abuse factory of our own on that island, i.e. Guantanamo," says Lizz Winstead. One year after an officer shooting sparked protests in Ferguson, Missouri, there is more violence. Fifty years after the Watts Riots in Los Angeles, have race relations in our country changed? Has the Los Angeles Times newsroom? Bernie Sanders is on fire, Joe Biden considers a run, and someone says Al Gore could maybe step in to the race. Should Hillary be worried?

Steve Chiotakis (KCRW) moderates from the Center. On the Left, Robert Scheer (TruthDig.com). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Lizz Winstead (co-creator of the Daily Show, comedian, author) is our special guest.
