As the GOP candidates blow through South Carolina, the Internet lights up over who owns content and what President Obama must say in his upcoming State of the Union speech.

We talk about Mitt Romney managing expectations over South Carolina, as Newt Gingrich manages allegations of marital infidelity. The Internet flexing its muscles on Capitol Hill over laws intended to put content ownership back in the hands of content-makers or stifle internet freedom, depending on your point of view. And the President puts pen to paper for next week’s State of the Union.
