Police in Ferguson, Missouri release more details and attempt to calm crowds after the shooting of Michael Brown. Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki agrees to step down. Hillary Clinton goes out against President Obama about Iraq in an Atlantic interview. Are her statements being over-interpreted or is she setting up her campaign?
