Dire Earthquake Forecast for California

The Northridge earthquake in 1994 killed 57 people, injured thousands and caused an estimated $20 billion in property damage. That was a 6.7 magnitude earthquake. Now, experts are saying that California’s risk of experiencing an even worse quake -- a magnitude 8 -- are almost double previous predictions. Also, today is the four-year anniversary of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. We look at how the country has recovered, and what we can learn from Japan.
