Boris Johnson is succeeding Theresa May as the leader of the British Conservative Party. He is expected to be sworn in as the next prime minister tomorrow. Johnson was foreign secretary and a two-term London mayor. He and his mop of unruly blonde hair became a poster boy for Brexit. He’s a polarizing figure known for his brash and blundering personality. Will he be able to do what May couldn’t?
