Supreme Court rulings and another Rudy Giuliani misstep

Hosted by

The Supreme Court on Monday struck down a federal law that banned commercial sports gambling in most states. New Jersey brought the suit, but the ruling opens the door for other states looking to allow and tax sports gambling. President Trump’s new lawyer Rudy Giuliani on Friday said that the president himself denied AT&T’s merger with Time Warner -- CNN’s parent company. This contradicts months of White House statements denying that there was political interference. Giuliani is now walking back his statement, claiming President Trump “told me directly he didn’t interfere.”
