During LA Mayor Eric Garcetti’s State of the State address on Sunday, he said thousands of city employees will have to be furloughed. He talks to us about LA’s economic troubles, stay-at-home protests in other California cities, and what cities need from the federal government during the COVID-19 pandemic.
