P.E. Lawsuit Settlement
Elementary school children in California are required to have 200 minutes of physical education every 10 days, or roughly 20 minutes a day. But in these days of budget cuts and test prep, P.E. is often seen as an unaffordable extra -- something that gets squeezed out. A non-profit group is now suing school districts across the state.
