Could Syria's Dictator Still Flee?

Saddam Hussein was found in a spider hole. Moammar Gadhafi was gunned down by his own people. Bashar Assad was offered asylum from Syria by the new President of Tunisia, who told the BBC, "If the price of peace in Syria is to give a safe haven to this guy, why not?" But that was in March. Since then, no other leader has made a similar offer.
