Radovan Karadzic Arrested after Thirteen Years on the Run

He's a psychiatrist charged with masterminding the Europe's worst massacre since World War II, the execution of 8000 Muslims in Srebrenica during the Bosnian war between 1992 and 1995. Thirteen years ago, Serbian leader Radovan Karadzic was indicted for genocide at the UN War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague. Last night he was finally arrested near Belgrade, reportedly while changing locations, disguised by a bushy white beard and glasses.
