Opening Day for the Supreme Court

As it does regularly on first Monday of October, the US Supreme began another session today. At the moment, this year's docket has a limited number of controversial cases. But with five members over the age of 70, the court itself could be in for change, and that's focusing attention back on the presidential campaign.
