Massachusetts Gay Marriage Ruling Could Have Repercussions

A judge in Massachusetts has set off a new round of debate over gay marriage. In his ruling that a key element of the federal Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional, US District Judge Joseph Tauro opened the door to renewed legal battles.
