US Supreme Court Signals Rejection of Climate Change Suits

Do the federal courts need to enforce state laws designed to control climate change, or can the Environmental Protection Agency do the job?  That was the question before the US Supreme Court today in a case involving eight states that sued power companies back in 2004.
