Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is claiming a major victory today, as rebel forces have pulled out of Qusair, a town on the border with Lebanon. For three weeks, the attack has been led by the forces of Hezbollah. That's according to Martin Chulov, Middle East correspondent for the Guardian, who joins us from Beirut.
