Is the Second Time the Charm for the Bailout Bill?

Last night the Senate passed its version of economic rescue, a measure that's grown from three pages to 451.  President Bush is urging business leaders to lobby the House to go along. Democratic Congressman Barney Frank, who is spearheading the bill, says members are hearing a new message from their constituents.
