Twitter Outage Has Social Network Users Atwitter

The micro-blogging site Twitter was out of business for most of yesterday and other sites were affected as well. One person was responsible for yesterday's outage, a blogger who favors the nation of Georgia and who was the subject of a denial of service attack that caused problems elsewhere on the Internet.

One person was responsible for yesterday's outage, a blogger who favors the nation of Georgia and who was the subject of a denial of service attack that caused problems elsewhere on the Internet.
