Garcetti Warns Travelers, Conventioneers away from LAX Hilton

Hosted by

LA City Council President Eric Garcetti has written a letter to past patrons of the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel, saying that a protracted labor dispute has involved "a mass civil disobedience action" with traffic blocked for three hours during rush hour.  It warns, that could happen again, and urges event planners to boycott the Hilton and go somewhere else.  The Daily News says that could well mean Anaheim or Las Vegas.  The LA Times has editorialized against the letter, too.  We hear from business, labor and Garcetti.
