Homemade Food Businesses Get a Boost

There’s a Do It Yourself food trend in California, hobbyists with real jobs who supplement their income by making jams, pies and other good stuff in their home kitchens and selling it to their neighbors and even to restaurants.  Until Governor Brown signed a new law last week, that was illegal.
