Sang Yoon is the chef and owner of Father's Office and Lukshon . He's been interested in Burmese food for several years but says it's difficult to research due to both the lack of Burmese restaurants in America and the lack of literature.

Sang Yoon is the chef and owner of Father's Office and Lukshon. He's been interested in Burmese food for several years but says it's difficult to research due to both the lack of Burmese restaurants in America and the lack of literature. He hopes that during this relaxed political climate he may be able to visit Myanmar and discover some of their national dishes and ingredients. At the moment he's using a Burmese tea leaf in one of his salads at Lukshon.
