The Impact of Brexit on the U.K.’s Food System
Last weekend, the British restaurant critic Jay Rayner tweeted : “I've just received a press release for a new type of cheese. On a Sunday afternoon. In the middle of a political crisis. Admirable optimism.” Rayner’s tweet was in response to Brexit, the referendum passed by British voters to leave the European Union.
