He details what it takes to put on a food event that brings in 145 chefs from all over the world to participate in 47 events over a 3-day weekend. Weakley and his team source all of the food and gadgets for the chefs and have been asked to bring in obscure ingredients like Scottish Wood Pigeons to Amish Red Bush Grass.
