O, Fanatics! Tonight we bounce all over the record store. You know how we do it. Frenetic and schizophrenic at all times. Tomorrow night, I will be under the stars at the Hollywood Bowl, presenting the Grace Jones show for KCRW. Opening the show will be LA’s own Dengue Fever and Of Montreal from Athens, GA. Should be a good show. I have never been to the Bowl, I am looking forward to it. You can see that we are playing some Dengue Fever tonight. I think for the most part you have heard a lot of these bands before. What might be a first time listen for some of you Fanatics would be Axolotl, Le Shok and maybe Ivo Papasov. I figured we would clear the air with our first band, Boris. Their Smile album is a great one. We have some Can on the show to pre-heat the mic for DJ Lizathaparalyza as they are one of her favorites and we close with the mighty Fall paying tribute to Can vocalist, Damo Suzuki. It’s a great batch of tuneage, Fanatics and I hope you like it. Next week, much, much more. What can I say? I loves my job. What do I always say? STAY FANATIC!!! --Henry
