Fanatic! It’s the last show of this month. I hope you have dug them all thus far. Our December shows are almost all done and they’re great. I know that you might be on the move during the holidays, so hopefully, you will have a chance to catch up with the shows at some point.

I had been thinking about putting In Dreams by Mr. O at the beginning of a show for weeks and tonight is the night.

You will notice a lot of our regulars on the show. Standing out is one of my favorite Wire songs from one of their most interesting records. If you are a Wire fan and you have not spent time with Document & Eyewitness, you should. If you get the newly remastered version, you can read some well written liner notes and the sound quality is great. It is a very interesting record. It is live and from three different shows. If you go to Wire’s site, http://www.pinkflag.com/, you can purchase downloads of all three shows. I did. Totally worth it.

This broadcast’s MVP goes to Fanatic Gerhard for sending in the Sleep live track that ends our first hour. Thanks, Gerhard!

I think the fact that we go from Monk to Motörhead confirms that we are having a great time together on the radio and we have to keep doing this as long as we can.

If you find yourself curious about any of the bands or records, the internet will guide you. Discogs is your friend: http://www.discogs.com/.

    45Cat is a tremendous Fanatic resource: http://www.45cat.com/

Perhaps you’re reading this now, recovering from Thanksgiving. It’s always thanksgiving when the music is on, so never turn it off and STAY FANATIC!!!
