This show was interesting to make. Now and then, it’s like I’m being led to the next song and the next one, etc. Unfortunately for my sanity, I really cook on making shows around 0230 hrs. I used this shift to make next week’s show and it worked well, although it kinda makes the next day a little unfocused for the first few hours.
Oh, I did get the remixed version of David Bowie’s The Man Who Sold The World. I’ve listened to it again. It’s not radically different like the Station To Station remix. I do think we should check it out. So, how about we check out the original on 12-19-20 and the remix on 12-26-20? This is a very different kind of Bowie record from Station. It’s great but a different line-up and headspace than what came later. This will make for some really cool listening.
It will be December when next we meet and the start of the “holiday season.” Please be careful. Records and books are no bad way to spend time and can keep you healthy.
Stay safe and STAY FANATIC!!!
