Hello from sunny Johannesburg South Africa. I have been here for a few days. I have been doing a lot of press for the most part but managed to get some time to go to the Apartheid Museum yesterday. It was at once inspiring and depressing. Great to see all the photos of Mandela as a young man and being able to watch interview footage of him before he was incarcerated. There were a lot of parts that were hard to take, as you can imagine. I am glad I went. It made me want to know more and I will be pursuing that. I was happy to find out that I will be re-connecting with some people I met at a township in Cape Town years ago when I get there in a couple of days from now. I am not here for very long, only three shows. I will be onstage on Friday, May 14th in Minneapolis, to give you an idea of the flights ahead!
