When asked about the spectacular artwork for his new single “Favorite Toy” — specifically “Where can we get our hands on one of those super cool dolls?” Our favorite, funky LA weirdo — Tolliver — replied simply, “WE ARE ALL THE DOLL.” Helpful? Not exactly. Hilariously, perfectly Tolliver? One hundred percent. And even if we can’t get a fun new plastic plaything to hold, we can at least jam out to the fast-paced, ferociously flirty “Favorite Toy” during today’s MBE. Plus, the Courtney Barnett-esque post-folk track, “The Leader,” from Polish duo Oxford Drama and a Tom Vek classic.
