    A year ago this week, President Trump signed an executive order to end family separations at the U.S.-Mexico Border. A few days later, a federal judge blocked Trump’s policy and ordered the administration to reunite families within 30 days. But exceptions have allowed some separations to continue. Meanwhile, at the border in El Paso, Texas, reports say people are being held outdoors for weeks without showers or a change of clothes.
