Gin; California's Foie Gras Ban; The Flavor of Cannabis

On July 1 California will be the first state in the nation to ban the sale, serving and production of foie gras. Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of Animal and Son of a Gun Restaurants say the ingredient is irreplaceable in the kitchen and Lesley Barger Suter of Los Angeles magazine questions who will be responsible for enforcing the ban.
