Huntington Beach is a hotspot for people who are skeptical of coronavirus and masks. In a YouTube video, two young men in Huntington Beach try giving away free masks, but their attempt doesn't go well.

More than 30 city employees in Huntington Beach have contracted COVID-19, and the region has the fourth highest case total in Orange County and the third highest death total. However, compared with other cities in OC, Huntington’s per-100,000 rate isn't nearly as bad.
