The new Netflix docuseries “African Queens” explores the lives of some of the most powerful women in the continent’s history. That includes Queen Njinga of NDongo and Matamba. She was a fierce 17th century ruler and warrior in what’s now Angola. Nnenne Iwuji is the head writer of “African Queens.” The show debuts on February 15.
