Federal PPP loan recipients include Yeezy, Jelly Belly, and other businesses

Many small businesses have sought loans from the government’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). More than $500 billion in loans have been granted to qualifying businesses.

Those include:

- Yeezy, Kanye West’s fashion brand
- PlumpJack, the winery and hospitality company partially owned by California Governor Gavin Newsom
- The Ayn Rand Institute
- Jelly Belly

In full disclosure, KCRW also received a PPP loan.

Who else received the loans, and what does it all say about how the program is working?
