The see-saw of opening and closing, and what the means for restaurants

Ahead of the Fourth of July weekend, Governor Gavin Newsom ordered that dining rooms in 19 counties must close again. The closures will last at least three weeks. Many of these restaurants just reopened about a week ago. 

Restaurant owners Gabriel Gordon of the Beachwood BBQ and Greg Amsler of Salt Creek Grille share how the move affects their businesses.
