For the first time in 20 years, food nutrition labels are getting a makeover. The FDA will now require that calorie counts be printed in a larger font roughly three times larger than the other items on the labels. The new labels, set to roll out in two years, will also include a new category: Added sugar. What does that mean for Americans looking to eat better?
